TEHRAN – Farzad Ojani, an employee of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, said 100 artisans and handicraft producers were participating in the Islamic Republic of Iran’s 7th Export Capacity Exhibition at Iran’s Iran Exposition 2025.
The fair, which was kicked off at the Tehran International Permanent Fairgrounds on April 28th, will run until May 2nd, the IRNA reported.
Ojani added that the fair will create unique opportunities to introduce handicrafts and tourism capabilities, as well as investment prospects in these sectors.
The ongoing event is attempting to introduce commercial, export and marketing opportunities for handicraft and tourism products, he said.
He explained that 100 artisans from various fields are on display. With 20 participants, Fars state has the most artisans at the fair, he added.
He said Iran’s potential in the tourism sector and investment opportunities in this sector are also on display, showing off business people and merchants.
