TEHRAN – Mojang Rezazadeh, the National Council of Iran’s Aging Secretariat, has stated that it has launched a special senior hotel, saying the council is researching, editing and standardizing new centres, such as a special senior hotel known as Silver Generation Hotels.
She told IRNA that the idea for the Silver Generation Hotel is an arrangement to cater to older tourists, allowing them to access all kinds of services.
The hotels are on sale in various states, including Khorasan Razavi, she said.
Pointing to the population change and the need to promote elderly sites, she said: “This council member and partner institutions hope that one of the demographic changes will implement the necessary policies according to the needs of society, taking into account the formulation, standardization and launch of modern centers.”
Rezazadeh added: Modern centres include residences and hangouts for seniors, restaurants and cafes for seniors specialising seniors clinics.
She said that counselling centres, gyms and centres that seniors need should be launched according to the required standards.
Aside from enjoying the tourist space, seniors can benefit from a variety of medical examinations and nursing care, she added.
She continued to receive a variety of services through experts who enjoy all social interactions and are interested in the field and want to invest in it.
