The 20th International Auto Parts, Accessories and Assemblies Exhibition will be held from May 29th to June 1st, 2025 at Tehran’s Permanent International Fairgrounds.
The Automotive Industry Exhibition is one of the nation’s top three exhibitions in terms of participation and visitors’ interest, Sadiv Beizadeh, head of the Iranian International Exhibition Company, said at a press conference on Tuesday.
More than 700 foreign companies and 500 domestic companies in nine countries say they will be taking part in the exhibition.
Beikzadeh also added that the special hall will be dedicated to innovative companies with knowledge bases.
He emphasized the use of the capacity of export markets, including BRICS and Eurasia, to achieve the 8% economic growth target outlined in Iran’s Seventh Development Plan, and said, “23% growth in various subsectors in industry, mining, agriculture and other sectors is being considered in the Seventh Development Plan.”
“The automotive industry, along with steel, petrochemists and other sectors, has been one of the main targets of sanctions against Iran,” Beikzadeh said. He emphasized that growth in other industries is related to the automotive sector and plays a key role in employment.
Seyed Ahmad Hosseini, head of the Tehran Auto Parts Manufacturers Association, said in the presser that “the Policy Council was established to promote transparency and quality improvements and to host the 20th international exhibition of auto parts, accessories and assemblies.”
Mohammadreza Najafi-Manesh said he is the chairman of the uniform powertrain industry and component manufacturers association. “In the automotive parts field, we have concrete customers from Africa and Asian countries, Uzbekistan and Russia.
Many countries, including Uzbekistan, are looking to increase production and are ready to invest in the area of parts manufacturing that should harness its capabilities, Najafi Manesh pointed out.
Najafi-Manesh sought paving methods to promote exports, in order to leverage a variety of solutions to attract export markets.
He also called for the exhibition to be used as an export base, saying, “Many foreign companies are seeking imports during their visit to the exhibition, and they need to use the exhibition’s capabilities for export.”
