The Hazrat Zafra Courtyard (AS) in Najaf was constructed and handed over by pilgrims with a construction area of 220,000 square meters and four stories.
He continued that the courtyard of Akra Bani Hashem in Kalbala, with 180,000 square meters and a four-story construction area, witnessed 80% physical advances and was fully completed by March 2027.
Other courtyards (AS) such as the Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS), Hazrat Ali Akbar (AS), Hazrat Qasem (AS), and Saheb Al Zamman courtyard are also found on the agenda, and once completed, the area around Imam Hassin’s sacred shrine (AS) and Hazrat Abas (AS) is
Mousavi announced that two popular campaigns are ongoing to rebuild and develop the Holy Shrine. One is to take part in the construction of the courtyard by paying at least 30 million rials and receiving honor and registration certificates on the shrine list. The other is a tile campaign worth 2 million rials to purchase each tile at the shrine, which will record the donor’s name.
He said: “The purchase of materials, implementation of projects, provision of engineers, and relocation to shrines have all been done from Iran, and the domestic economy is also benefiting from these projects.”
Reciting that all the materials needed for the project are being provided by the country, Musabi said: “In a recent project, the height of the Holy Dome (AS) of Imam Hussein has increased by 25 meters. Segmentation work is carried out in Isfahan, and the stones used are sold in Hamadan and Kordestan materials. Trucks every 2-3 months.”
He said: “To date, more than 300 expert engineers from Hamadan have been dispatched to the reconstruction project of the Holy Temple, indicating the prominent role of the state in this area.”
One of the world’s largest religious gatherings, Albain marks the end of a 40-day period of mourning that continued the martial teaching of Imam Hussein (AS) and his fellow martials at the Battle of Karbara in 680 AD.
