“Israel” Channel 7 was reported in a survey by the Jewish Policy Institute, “Israel Association Index.” This assessed Israel’s response to a statement made by Israeli President Ahalon Barak.
In the survey, 27% of Israelis agreed to Ahalon Barak’s warning, saying he was “right” and 33% admitted his concern, but he felt “it was a bit exaggerated, but there was a real danger.” Meanwhile, 21% believe Barak is “a great exaggeration” and that the civil war is not imminent, while 16% feel that there is no danger of Israel’s civil war.
The poll also looked into the justification of rejecting the Chief of Singh Bett and whether the government should comply with the Supreme Court ruling if it intervenes in dismissal. A majority of 51% thought “there should be no interfering with the dismissal.”
“As we approach Passover, we show that Israelis are deeply concerned about the possibility of widening internal conflict in an era that traditionally focuses on unity,” commented Dr. Schki Friedman, director of the Institute for Jewish Policy.
In another report, the Luket Israeli Association revealed that 1.5 million Israelis were wasting 2.6 million tonnes of food in 2023, facing food insecurity, valued at 24.3 billion shekels (approximately $7 billion). This highlights the growing crisis in the “Israel” food sector, with a 3% increase in food waste from the previous year.
According to official statistics, food loss accounts for 1.3% of domestic production, which amounts to 38% of total food produced in “Israel.”
