Tehran – The second Fine Shot Photo Salon has announced the winners of various sections, with six Iranian photographers winning eight awards.
The photo competition, hosted by the International Art Association of Canada (ISFA), was held remotely for an edition of this year’s event and was judged by a qualified ju apprentice under the PSA guidelines, Irna reported.
According to the contest’s website, the results will be announced on July 15th, and the online gallery will be live on July 29th.
The event included six sections: open monochrome, open colour, portrait monochrome, people’s colours, sports colours and landscape colours.
Hamzeh Momeni won three awards in three sections. In the open-collar section, he won the ISFA Silver Medal in the photo “Dead End”. In the People Color Section, he grabbed an ISFA ribbon for “Honeyman” and in the Color section of the landscape, he received a FIAP ribbon with a photo entitled “Calm”.
In the open-collar section, Amir Alinabadeshala won the ISFA bronze medal for “bird migration” and Mohammadrezapolian received honorable mention of “a vortex of terrorism and tension.”
Additionally, the photo “Net” by Mahyar Soleimani was awarded an ISFA ribbon in the open black and white section.
Ebrahim Bahrami and Amirhossein Honarvar were presented with honorable mentions in the Portrait Monochrome and People Color sections, respectively.
Fine Shot Photo Salon offers photographers an honorable platform to earn medals, acceptance certificates and free three months of exposure with online gallery.
