Lyabkov noted that Moscow “denounces our threat” against Tehran.

In a letter sent to the UN chief and the president of the Security Council on Monday, Iran’s permanent UN ambassador, Amir Sayed Irabani, warned that the failure of the Security Council to act against the threat would endanger catastrophic consequences not only for regional and international peace and security.
