The discussion focuses on recent developments amid ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza and the West Bank, with Egypt’s Foreign Ministry being called the dangerous Israeli escalation.
The foreign minister outlined Egypt’s efforts to restore a ceasefire and reopen the flow of humanitarian aid in the besieged Gaza Strip, highlighting Cairo’s support for the Palestinian authorities (PA).
Abdelatti repeatedly Egypt’s “complete rejection” of Israeli military action ongoing in Gaza and in the West Bank, condemning the use of force in ignoring what he called Israel’s “active policy” and what he violated international humanitarian law.
