The US has carried out more attacks on Yemen and launched airstrikes in several regions targeting residential and agricultural sectors in the capital Sanaa and its suburbs.
Yemeni media reported that six airstrikes struck Bani Heesh district early on Friday, causing serious material damage to public and private property in the target area, citing local residents.
There were no immediate reports of possible victims.
The US fighter jets carried out another air raid in the Jabal Nukam area. While two attacks were taken to a farm in the Holi area of Hamdan district, three airstrikes also hit Phage Attan.
The attacks caused great damage to farmland and crops.
The office of the governor Sana’a state said the powerful explosion had shaken the Yemenian capital and its surrounding areas.
Meanwhile, the death toll from U.S. airstrikes in the Red Sea port city of Hudaida rose to 14 late Tuesday night, with 15 people injured, health officials said.
They said that most of the victims were women and children, and deaths rose as serious individuals succumbed to hospital injuries.
Hudaydah was targeted on the day 50 airstrikes took place across northern Yemen, including Sana’a and the “Amran, Dhamar and the IBB provinces).
Local residents said the strike targets telephone network facilities, specifically targeting “Amran and IBB.”
Yemenis has been attacking Israeli and American targets in support of Palestinians in Gaza on October 7, 2023, in response to the American and British attacks on their homeland.
The operation effectively shuts down Eilat Port south of the occupying area, causing a major economic setback for the Israelis.
The Yemeni Army (YAF) has said it will not stop the attacks until Israel’s ground and air attacks at the end of Gaza.
