In X’s post, Mohajerani emphasized that even if a deal is reached, it can take months or years for the impact it will feel on development and people’s lives.
She said the government’s position is consistent with Ali Khamenei Seyed Ali Khamenei, leader of the Islamic Revolution. This is exactly the perspective of governing the government, she writes.
Ayatollah Khamenei said Tuesday that neither Iran’s industrial, economic, construction-related or cultural issues relied on consultations with the US.
“The negotiations may or may not have been the case. We are not too optimistic or pessimistic about them. Of course, we are very skeptical of the other party, but we are confident in our own abilities,” the leader said in a meeting with government officials.
He also warned officials that state issues should not be conditioned on Oman’s consultations.
In her X-Post, Mohajerani highlights the need for an urgent, independent response to ongoing challenges, saying that various working groups and committees are continuing to review and address the country’s current issues.
“The administration’s main source of support is people’s trust and cooperation,” she says, and the path forward is not in the waiting period for less certain breakthroughs, but in the relentless pursuit of true solutions.
