Yemeni news agency Sabah reported that Yemeni Humanitarian Operations Coordination Centre (HOCC) announced sanctions on Sunday.
The companies have been added to the sanctions list of supporters of the Stakeholder Zionist Group (SUZE), HOCC said.
“These companies supply weapons to Zionist organizations of seizing, providing power to advanced weapons systems, missiles, ammunition, military equipment, and other items directly linked to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and other genocide acts committed by the presence of Zionists in Gaza, and are continuing to assert the enforcer commander of the 2023 enforcer. HOCC.
The executive director said these actions were within the scope of prohibitive activities criminalised by the Republic of Yemen under Act No. (5) of 1445 regarding designation of sanctions regulations on supporters of states, groups and trespassing Geonist entities that oppose the Republic of Yemen.
The Yemeni government said sanctions are part of a state effort to undermine the ability of Zionist groups to take away them, particularly in the Gaza Strip, to continue the daily massacres of Palestinian children and women.
The order said it could extend sanctions to include first-class relatives of the entities that those companies hold or contribute shares, senior executives or beneficial owners, and listed natural persons.
Yemenis has been attacking Israeli and American targets in support of Palestinians in Gaza on October 7, 2023, in response to the American and British attacks on their homeland.
The operation effectively shuts down Eilat Port south of the occupying area, causing a major economic setback for the Israelis.
Yemeni forces say they will not stop the attack until Israeli ground and air attacks are carried out at the end of Gaza, and the crippling siege of Palestinian coastal territories will be lifted completely.
