Today, Iran’s interior minister condemned a massive explosion and Inferno’s “negligence.”
A powerful explosion shook the port on Saturday after the fuel tanker exploded. The explosion caused a huge fire and was released early today.
Officials from Hormozgan, where Shaid Rajaee port is located, said the fire at the port on Monday went out, adding that the explosion and subsequent Inferno rose to 70.
They also said that the cleanup operation and debris removal would take about 20 days.
