Human rights groups reported last week that 14 elderly Palestinians had died due to lockdowns, malnutrition and a lack of medical care resulting from lockdowns.
According to Qatari media outlet Al Jazeera, Palestinians have suffered from catastrophic hunger and medical shortages since the Israeli regime imposed a complete aid lockdown on Gaza on March 2.
The Euromed Human Rights Monitor has announced that seniors and children in Gaza are gradually dying as a result of fatal restrictions imposed by Israel.
Meanwhile, Palestinian sources have reported an Israeli drone attack on a tent that protected the displaced people of Khan Eunice in southern Gaza, killing four people, including two children, and wounding five others.
As of March 18, 2025, Gaza’s documented death toll reached 2,710, with 7,432 people injured. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that since October 7, 2023, Gaza has recorded 52,810 deaths and 119,473 injuries.
