Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghhai strongly condemned the brutal attacks by the Zionist regime in the shelters and refugee camps in Jabaria and Khan Unis, which resulted in the martyrism and injuries of dozens of innocent Palestinians, including several infants.
Baghaei described the broad and unprecedented violation of human rights and humanitarian principles in occupied by the Zionist regime as “a total violation of the fundamental principles and rules of international law.”
He highlighted the legal and moral responsibility of all states to prevent genocide and ensure compliance with humanitarian law. He called for an urgent acceleration of open cases against the Zionist regimes and their officials of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and International Criminal Court (ICC) on war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity.
Expressing solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians, the spokesman urged effective action by the international community and local countries, promptly halted the criminal attacks of the Zionist regime, promptly delivering food and medicine to Gaza, prosecuting and punishing the regime’s criminal personnel.
