Iran’s deputy foreign minister, Majid Tak Ravanchi, said he has not yet entered a detailed discussion of the level and capabilities of uranium enrichment.
“As a framework, we have shown that certain limitations related to limited periods, enrichment levels, volume and similar nuclear issues can be considered as part of trust building measures,” he explained.
He emphasized that Iran’s preparation to adopt such measures will be in exchange for lifting sanctions. “These steps are not one-sided,” he added.
Takht-Ravanchi also dismissed recent speculations about the potential limits for 25 years, saying, “These assumptions have not been confirmed either for time or for enrichment rates.”
