Qasem Galibabadi, Iran’s Deputy Minister of Legal Affairs and International Affairs, responded to several media claims about the acceptance of Iran’s potential to stop enrichment in exchange for lifting sanctions, saying, “Our negotiators are very aware that Iran’s Islamic Republic was sacrificed after it made a massive sacrifice.”
“The right to enrich is our clear red line! A rich stop is unacceptable to us,” he added that he emphasizes in his Persian X on Friday.
Despite all hostility towards the states of the Western province, Iran has always said it will not seek nuclear weapons and will continue its peaceful nuclear program despite all the pressure.
President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Sunday that his country has never tried to acquire nuclear weapons and has not wanted to do so in the future.
Pezeschkian said Tehran is in talks with the US on its nuclear program “so we want peace and not seek war.”
