Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said pressure on “Israel” is “closing the red line” and Al Mayaden reported that aid to Gaza would need to resume in order to move forward with ground assaults.
“(We) the senator I know as a supporter of Israel…come to me and “give me all the help you need to win the war…but we cannot receive a picture of hunger (in Gaza),” Netanyahu said in a video released on his personal telegram channel.
The Israeli occupation has announced that “minimum aid” must be distributed among the strips to prevent massive hunger among civilians.
“To complete our victory, defeat Hamas and release the hostages, we cannot reach the point of hunger,” he says, directing a speech to settlers who are opposed to his decision to resume humanitarian aid, which was cut off from early March. “They don’t support us.”
However, Netanyahu threatened, “Israel will take over everything in Gaza, that’s what we’re trying to do.”
