Mohamamd Reza Aref made a speech at Tajik Capital in Dushanbe on Friday at the meeting with Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Asad Majeed Khan, stressing that Iran’s Islamic Republic is ready to make a leap in cooperation with the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).
He said that the conditions for global and regional development need to strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation, “Generals of the Environment should be at the forefront of these efforts, given their historical background.”
The first Vice President emphasized that long-standing civilized, religious and historical commonalities are the most important features of members of economic cooperation institutions.
The AREF lists free trade regulations, transportation and advanced technologies, adding that as three key areas for expanding and deepening cooperation, the formulation of free trade regulations is necessary to trade with one another in a friendly atmosphere based on free trade regulations.
The Eco Chief noted that the Iranian president focuses on the good neighbours approach among eco members and the importance of inspiring the organisation for the welfare of the regional countries of the region, saying that Iran, as one of the founders of the ECO, plays a prominent role in strengthening the irrationality and discomfort of the member countries.
Majeed Khan called on Iran’s first vice president to provide valuable experience to the secretariat of economic cooperation organisations to develop their vision.
Mohammad Reza Alev arrived in the Tajik capital of Dushanbe on Thursday and “participated in the 2025 International Conference on Glacier Preservation.”
