Asgari said it was Iran’s top non-oil exporter in the two months since China was mentioned, importing $2.422.5 billion in goods from Iran.
China, a $2.26 billion export product export to Iran, has been Iran’s second non-oil import source for the past two months, Irica head added.
As previously announced by Abolfazl Akbarpour, Irika’s deputy chief for planning and international affairs, the value of the non-oil trade between Iran and China, which ended on March 20, 2025, was the past $34.1 billion.
He said importing non-oil goods worth $14.8 billion from Iran is the first destination for Iranian products in the past year.
He also announced that it was Iran’s second import source that year by exporting $19.3 billion worth of non-petroleum products to Iran.
