News sources said Israeli settlers were holding massive protests demanding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Thousands of Israeli settlers protested in Tel Aviv, calling for a ceasefire with Hamas and the return of Israeli prisoners from Gaza, according to Shahab News.
The settlers chanted slogans against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his cabinet, denounced the long war in Gaza for the deaths of more prisoners.
They reiterated that Netanyahu, driven by political and personal motivations, is the main obstacle to reaching a ceasefire in Palestinian resistance.
Previously, Israeli settlers also protested outside the residences of several Israeli officials, demanding prisoner exchange contracts and ceasefires to ensure the release of regime prisoners in Gaza.
According to media reports, families of Israeli prisoners were sought a massive demonstration in the sacred QUD and Tel Aviv.
The Gaza Strip has endured heavy artillery fires, and the US-backed Israeli regime has fought a devastating, full-scale war with Gaza since October 7, 2023.
Human rights groups report that the war has led to the murder or injury of around 189,000 Palestinians so far. Most of them are children and women.
Additionally, more than 11,000 people have been missing and hundreds of thousands have been evacuated. The war also caused widespread destruction and an unprecedented humanitarian crisis.
There were weekly protests against Benjamin Netanyahu and his cabinet. Despite official demands for a ceasefire in Gaza, Netanyahu continues to the war brutally.
Critics argue that Netanyahu is extending the war to maintain his political survival and avoid legal accountability for corruption charges. Many believe that his personal and political interests will take priority over ending bloodshed.
The ongoing conflict led to widespread condemnation with protesters, accusing Netanyahu of maintaining power at the expense of Israeli prisoners and Palestinian civilians.
