Grand Ayatollah, one of the prominent scholars of Shiite authorities and one of the prominent scholars of Najaf, Ali Akbar Hoseni Hari, has issued a statement following the threats made by the leaders of the Zionist regime to the leaders of the Islamic Revolution.
In light of the recent escalation of US attacks on Iran’s Islamic Republic, we strongly condemn this abominable regime’s brutal attack on Iran’s sacred land. These attacks are blatant violations of both international and divine laws, and constitute a declaration of war on Islamic and human values, as well as shaming against the dignity of Islamic countries.
Regarding the explicit threat targeting leadership of the Islamic Republic, he clearly states that the attack on him is an attack on the entire Muslim Ummah. This is because he is not merely a political leader of the state, but has religious authority over Islamic states. He added that he is a symbol of resistance and Islamic unity, and a guide to the path of jihadism against arrogance and global tyranny.
Therefore, we warn the US and Zionist regimes that the consequences of continuing this offensive and reckless path are very serious. The Muslim Ummah never allows violations of its religious and political authority. It was emphasized that anyone, regardless of their rank or position, whoever tries to undermine the status of Walifaki, faces an overwhelming and regret-inducing response from the Islamic State.
