Congressional Speaker Mohammad Bagh Karibahu praised the Islamic Revolution’s leader for his swift and wise actions that he had made Ali Khamenei in the first few hours after Israel launched the 12-day war.
Karibahu made his remarks in an interview that aired on Thursday.
The Congress president said leaders could replace the senior commander who was killed for hours and that they had launched more than 150 missiles since the attack began.
He said 90 million Iranians have united to protect their country, which surrounds their leaders.
Karibah pointed out that Iranian forces took a major blow to the Zionist regime, controlling the airspace of the occupied territories on the last day of the 12-day war.
Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Council praised the military commanders appointed by the leaders to fill in for their martyred friends as competent individuals.
“In addition to the military centres of the destroyed regime, the regime’s defense system also took no action as a result of Iran’s operations,” Karibah said.
