“Prime Minister Friedrich Merz maintains his support for the lawless actions of the Israeli regime and the unaccused crimes at the expense of violating the basic principles of the UN Charter and the int’l law,” Esmaille Bakaei said Friday.
He added, “Law graduate Herr Merz must be very aware that Israel’s unprovoked armed attack on Iran is a significant violation of Article 2(4) of the UN Charter and a brave act of attack.”
“Supporting injustice is different to accomplice.”
He also said, “The continued support of the German Prime Minister in the Israeli regime’s war of aggression against Iran and subsequent war crimes will bear the responsibility of the German government to act as an accomplice in Israel’s illegal/criminal acts, and the German government cannot shrug it.”
