Omani author and journalist Feise Mohammed condemns the terrorist acts committed by the Israeli regime, calling them a blatant violation of international law and human rights. She said these state-sponsored terrorist attacks will reveal the true face of the Israeli regime. According to Mohammed, Israel’s reliance on assassination as a way of exclusion reflects its core policies. It directly destroys political or military threats to its existence. Speaking about Iranian civilian targets, she added that the high number of women and children among the victims indicates that the real purpose is to break the will of the state to resist the Israeli expansionist agenda, threaten and destabilize society. Here’s the full interview with Faezeh Mohammed:
1. “A few days ago, the world witnessed Israel’s direct attacks on Iran and its people. In your opinion, why is the Israeli regime committed such crimes against unprotected civilians in Gaza, Lebanon and Iran? What is the main driver of the continued attacks, including assassinations?”
This regime is fundamentally built on a policy of expansion, control and imposing by the power of its profession. Since its inception, it has relied on violence to achieve political, military and security goals. Targeting unarmed civilians in Gaza, Lebanon and Iran is part of an ongoing effort to undermine forces and resistance that threaten their survival or limit their impact. Furthermore, Israel’s immunity is flammable with unconditional support from the United States and the West, forcing it to continue these crimes without fear of consequences. The persistence of such attacks is directly related to the lack of a firm international attitude that forces the administration to respect international law and the rights of the state.
2. “The Israeli regime argues that its goal is to halt Iran’s nuclear and missile programmes, but it clearly targets hospitals, infrastructure and media, with many of the victims being women and children. How do you explain this contradiction? What is the real objective?”
This contradiction reveals the fundamental agenda of the Israeli regime and its patrons, the United States. This is an agenda that goes far beyond concerns about nuclear or missile programs or regional impacts in Iran. The Israeli-American attacks on Iran reveal their true intentions. We confirm that deliberate attacks on hospitals, infrastructure and media institutions, along with many women and child victims, are to break the will of the nation against Israeli expansionist projects, spread fear and destabilize it. This is a form of collective punishment aimed at instilling fear, planting chaos and paralyzing society. At its core, these crimes are to maintain control by silence the voices that challenge the existence and influence of the regime.
3. “The UN and human rights groups documenting Israeli war crimes have continued to provide political and military support. Why are these countries silent in the face of such crimes?”
The silence of the Western government, despite its mention in reports by the United Nations and rights groups, is rooted in the deep political, economic and strategic interests that link them to the Israeli regime. These countries view Israel as a strategic allies that protect their interests and expand their influence in the Middle East. Furthermore, powerful pro-Israel lobbies put great pressure on decision-making bodies, obscuring the truth, and justifying crime under pretexts such as security and fighting terrorism. As a result, human rights and humanitarian values are sacrificed at the altar of power and interests, employing vulnerable states who carry the costs of these policies.
4. “Western media often portrays the Israeli regime as “defense,” ignoring the killing of civilians in Gaza, Lebanon and Iran. How do you interpret this media bias and what can you do to counter it? ”
This media bias is no coincidence. This is the product of a vast media system managed by entities whose political and economic interests are intertwined with the Israeli regime. Israel has been consistently portrayed as a victim, but crimes against civilians in Gaza, Lebanon and Iran are disregarded or distorted. The goal of this story is clear. It is to gain global sympathy and justify violations of Western public opinion.
Countering this bias requires investment in independent, effective media that can convey the truth globally and in multiple languages. Accurate documents of crime with robust evidence, the use of modern communication tools to break mainstream media monopolies, and the involvement of independent journalists and activists around the world are all essential to expose distortions and reveal realities on earth.
5. “The United States has consistently opposed UN resolutions condemning Israeli crimes. Recently, it has abandoned its diplomacy and took part in war directly. How do you interpret this approach?”
This approach clearly identifies the US double standards when it comes to international law and human rights. Although Washington claims to defend democracy and diplomacy, it actually rejects resolutions that condemn Israel’s crimes and uses its influence to protect its administration from accountability. When political pressure fails, it distances itself from dialogue and appeal to military action. Even if negotiations are underway, as they have done with Iran recently. This action reveals that US policy is driven not by principles but by strategic interests and alliances.
6. “The Israeli regime has illegal nuclear weapons outside of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s oversight, but attacks Iran under the pretext of Iran’s nuclear program. Isn’t this a clear example of global double standards?
Yes, Israel’s hidden nuclear weapons remain completely outside of international scrutiny, but Iran is being attacked by a peaceful nuclear program, a strict example of the double standards that govern the international system. This contradiction weakens the credibility of global institutions and erodes trust in international law. This is because principles such as non-reinforcement and accountability are applied selectively and are useful in the interests of major powers.
If the international community is truly committed to justice and the rule of law, it must assert nuclear transparency (without exceptions) from all states and ensure that Israel complies with international treaties. They must also fairly support regional initiatives aimed at establishing a nuclear-free Middle East without hegemonic interference.
7. “The Israeli regime often claims to target military assets, but in reality it is attacking civilian regions. In both Gaza and today Iran, women and children make up the majority of the victims. What is the real purpose behind this?”
Targeting civilians disguised as military purposes is a calculated strategy by the Israeli regime that aims to break the will of the state and force society to submit through fear and intimidation. If the main victims are women and children, the message is clear. It is to instill despair and force people to embrace reality imposed through human costs that cannot stand.
These attacks are not accidental errors. They are intentional acts of collective punishment aimed at dismantling social structures and creating humanitarian crises, and using them as a tool of political pressure. The real goal is to weaken potential resistance, erode morale, and allow the regime to maintain both military and psychological control, whilst moving forward with expansionist plans without obstruction.
8. “What is the ultimate goal of Israel’s aggressive and expandist policies? What threats do these policies pose to our neighboring countries?”
The ultimate purpose of the Israeli regime is to integrate military and political control over the region by institutionalizing occupation and seizing control of key resources and strategic points. The policy is designed to maintain a constant state of chaos and deterrence, ensuring that potential threats remain trapped in weakening, splitting, or internal crises.
There are two threats to neighboring countries. First, their safety and stability are directly at risk by war, attack, assassination and obstruction. Second, Israel actively fragments regional unity, ensuring that the nation continues to distract them while pursuing its agenda with immunity. Countering this threat requires strengthening local awareness, cooperation, and building deterrents to protect sovereignty and support the legitimate rights of the people.
