The Kremlin said Russian President Vladimir Putin, his US counterpart Donald Trump, and Chinese leader Xi Jinping Peskov, who is a bystander at the Xi festival for the Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
“We don’t know anything about such a possibility,” Peskov said.
British newspapers reported that XI hopes that US and Russian leaders will meet for war memorial in September.
China widely celebrates the 80th anniversary of its victory in the war of resistance, and President Putin has already been invited to visit East Asian countries to attend the festive event. It is not clear whether Trump will fly to Beijing, newspapers said they are visiting.
