Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araguchi and his Bangladeshi counterpart Touhid Hossain exchanged opinions on bilateral relations on recent regional and international developments in a telephone conversation on Thursday.
Top Iranian diplomats have denounced the crimes of the Israeli regime, underscoring the need for immediate action by Islamic states by robbing Palestinians, particularly Palestinians of access to water and food, holding an emergency meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), halting Gaza genocide and invigorating other international mechanisms facing regime aggression.
Araguchi also considered plans to annex the West Bank to Israeli regime as another indication of the occupying regime’s criminal programme to advance plans to annexate Palestine, calling for decisive and coordinated actions by Islamic countries to confront Gaza’s genocide and send emergency assistance to urgent Palestinians.
Bangladesh’s Foreign Minister on his part condemned ongoing Israeli crimes and highlighted the need for urgent and effective action to support oppressed Palestinians.
They also reviewed bilateral relations, highlighted the shared decisions of the leaders of both countries, formed relationships and continued consultations between them.
