At the ceremony at QOM, Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi said that despite the death of a major commander on the first night of the war, Iranian aerospace forces bypassed the Western missile defense system and attacked deeper into the occupying territories.
“Martists, the first tier of commanders on the first night of the operation, have managed to pass through the world’s most advanced defense systems with the wisdom of their leaders and the rapid reconstruction,” he said.
He added that hundreds of fighter jets, advanced radar and air defense systems created by the US, Germany, Britain and France will counter Iran’s missile and drone attacks along the route to the occupied territory along the 1,200-kilometer route. However, Iranian missiles bypassed these defense systems and attacked targets from north to south of the occupying territory.
According to Shekalch, the Zionist regime aims to target Iranian infrastructure within a week by assassinating senior military commanders and paving the way for the nation’s fragmentation, with full US support and the use of advanced Western weapons, including Germany, Britain and France.
“On the seventh day of the battle, the Zionist regime was under pressure from field defeat and called on the United States to enter the war directly, but despite using all military capabilities, they failed to achieve that goal,” he stressed, adding that the leader of the Islamic Revolution ended with victory in the front of resistance and the complete boredom of the enemy.
