In a telephone conversation on Friday, Iran’s Foreign Minister emphasized that he underscored the need for deliberate prevention of access to unprotected Palestinians, particularly water, food and medicine, as well as the need for immediate and coordinated actions by the Islamic State, as well as the use of other legal and international capabilities to halt the process of genocide’s ongoing attack.
Araguchi also referred to plans to annex the West Bank to occupy territories, calling for a decisive and unified response from Islamic countries to completely eliminate the Palestinian issue, take into account part of the Zionist regime’s roadmap to continue the occupation, and to prevent larger disasters in the region.
He also explained to his Egyptian counterparts about the latest negotiations between Iran and three European countries in Iran on Friday in Iran and Istanbul.
The Egyptian foreign minister on his part expressed deep concern about the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza and condemned the attacks on Israeli civilians.
Badr Abdelatti stressed the need for the international community to take immediate action to stop violence and effectively support oppressed Palestinians.
They also reviewed the recent developments of bilateral relations and relations between the two countries, highlighting the shared will of Tehran and Cairo, particularly to strengthen bilateral cooperation at the regional and international stages, and to continue consultation and diplomatic interaction at the bilateral and multilateral levels.
