In a telephone conversation with President Maduro on Tuesday, President Pezeshkian expressed his support and gratitude for Maduro’s proposal to hold a peace summit and war, as well as his support and gratitude for presenting a comprehensive Middle East plan in this context, the president’s official website, the president, reported.

The Islamic Republic has responded decisively and forcibly to such attacks, and further provocations from this criminal junta will be met with a decisive response.
The president reiterated Iran’s commitment to fostering relations with Venezuela, saying the partnership continues to evolve in all areas and that authorities are striving to make it deeper, more strategic and broader.
In response, President Maduro expressed his sadness and sympathy for the families of Iranian martyrs following the criminal acts of the Israeli regime, and emphasized the full support and solidarity of the people of the Venezuelan government and Iran.
Maduro strongly condemned the attacks by the Israeli regime, highlighting the fact that noble, dignified and heroic people stood firm against these attacks, creating an important chapter in history. He noted that this courage and decisive response influenced and motivated a nation seeking independent justice that pursues development, peace and resistance to hegemony.
He also mentioned the success of Iran’s 12-day resistance, demonstrating the ability of Iranian people to defend their right to life and peace, and claiming that they effectively crushed the Zionist power. Maduro expressed confidence that it can be achieved through ongoing diplomatic efforts and peace summit initiatives, important agreements, and initiatives for enduring peace, the inherent rights of all countries in the Western Asia region.
Furthermore, Maduro called for greater cooperation between Iran and Venezuela in all regions, celebrating the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, stressing that now is the time to deepen bilateral relations and strengthen strategic ties between the government and the people.
