During a visit to Irib’s news network, which was targeted during the 12-day war of attacks, Pezeschkian said “the journalists are very aware of the voices of oppressed people being brought to the world under Israeli attacks.”
He emphasized that the media could “be clearly, transparently and explicitly emphasize differences,” and during the wars that the Israeli regime fought with the United States, the national media was united and promoted solidarity and comprehensive defense by the Iranian state.
The Israeli administration pointed out that it had attacked Iran “in line with American purposes” under US leadership and support, and said the president had sought to cause confusion in Iran through the assassination of enemies, scientists, scientists and unprotected civilians.
However, he said, “The existence and resistance of the country led to victory in this battle.”
The Zionist regime fought a war of aggression against Iran on June 13, attacking Iranian troops, nuclear power and residential areas for 12 days, but the US launched a military attack on three nuclear sites in Iran, Natanz, Fordau and Isfahan on June 22.
Iranian troops carried out a powerful counterattack shortly after the attack. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Aerospace Force implemented 22 waves of retaliation missiles against the Zionist regime as part of Operation True Promise III, which caused significant losses to cities throughout the occupying territories.
In response to the US attack, Iranian forces fired waves of missiles at Aldead Air Force Base in Qatar, the largest US military base in West Asia.
The battle was suspended due to a ceasefire that came into effect on June 24th.
