At the ceremony on Saturday, marking the 45th anniversary of the ACECR, Pezeschkian said, “My hopes are lying entirely with ACECR members and academics who care about the country, and my administration welcomes them with open arms.”
Holding this event, the president honored martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, especially those who fell during the 12-day war imposed by the Israeli regime, and honored their sacrifice and courage.
He emphasized the determination of the Iranian people to resist the enemy’s plans. “Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, our nation’s enemies have launched numerous complicated plots to undermine our resilience and progress. They deliberately took our elite out of us.”
Peszeschian emphasized the critical role of scholars in saving the country, saying, “This country can only be saved by scholars who have the knowledge, ability and strong will to solve the problems of their homeland.”
Turning to the situation in the region, Pezeshkian condemned the relentless hostility of Iranian enemies, saying, “We are witnessing blatant and inhumane crimes, especially in Gaza, as evidence of this hostility. If we speak hypocritical about peace, security and human rights.”
The president also says, “They show the image of Zionist prisoners who are allegedly suffering malnutrition due to Gaza’s lockdown, and so-called human rights experts denounce abuse resistance groups – they denounce abuse resistance as they packed with people stuffed with water and reach innocent women.”
