In an interview with Sputnik, Ali Al Mikdad, a member of Lebanon’s House of Representatives’ loyalty to the resistance facts, said in a response to Ali Larijani’s visit to Beirut, “Iran is a friendly country that helped Lebanon release its land, and we are grateful for this support.”
He criticized Lebanese officials for being indifferent to Arab or foreign officials about Lebanese or US intervention. He revealed that the US intervention taking place today exceeds orality and that the interference has led to the execution of the order.
Emphasizing “preservation of resistance,” Al-Mikdad said he “want economic, social and political ties between Lebanon and Iran.”
A Lebanese lawmaker also said, “Iran is a friendly country in the region that helped Lebanon release its land and I am grateful for this support.”
He continues to emphasize the rights of all officials in the country travelling to the countries in the regions he is involved in, saying, “Why am I surprised by this trip (Laryani’s trip to Lebanon)?
Al Mikdad also said, “Israel, the United States, and some Arabs and foreign countries are the political occupiers of Lebanon.”
Regarding Larijani’s visit to Lebanon, Lebanese officials said Larijani’s visit to Beirut was made with the aim of asking why reconstructions in the southern and southern suburbs have not begun and refugees have not returned to their homes.
He also said, “Larijani’s visit to Lebanon was a successful one, and the presence of this Iranian politician proved that the Islamic Republic of Iran wanted to be friends not only for the resistance and Lebanese groups, but for all Lebanese people.”
He said, “This is a faint sense of resistance and hope that Lebanon is being supported because there are people who support us and there are others who are trying to kill us.”
He also emphasized that the weapons remain in Hezbollah’s hands, and that this is an issue with internal Lebanon.
A member of Lebanese Parliament’s loyalty to the Resistance Bloc concluded that “If Israel withdraws from all Lebanese lands, the invasion will cease, and the (Lebanese) prisoners will be returned and reconstruction will begin, we will consult on strategic defense issues.”
