He made a speech at Tehran Merabad Airport on Monday ahead of his departure to Armenia and Belarus.
Based on the general policy of the country and the perspective of leaders of the Islamic Revolution, he emphasized that Iranian neighbors are a priority for establishing and developing relationships.
Looking at Iran’s relationship with Armenia, Pezeshkian said Iran had long-standing strategic relationships with a friendly neighboring country, and has always tried to maintain good relations with each other in the social, political, economic and cultural fields.
President Pezeschkian said he will hold consultations with Armenian officials about the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSC) during his visit.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Pezeschkian pointed to a trip to Belarus, calling it the relationship between Tehran and Mink on many social, economic, cultural and scientific issues.
He stressed that Iran and Belarus are likely to increase ties in all areas.
He said Belarus defends the Islamic Republic’s position in most international forums, including denounced Israel’s attacks on Iran and denounced Israel’s attacks on the war with Gaza.
On Monday, President Pezeshkian was found by Mohammad Reza Aleph’s first vice president and several officials.
During this visit, President Pezeshkian is welcomed by Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan upon his arrival.
