At a mourning ceremony in Tehran on Sunday to commemorate the anniversary of the martial artists of Imam Reza (AS), the leader told thousands of people from various lives attending the ceremony, “The invincible shield of solidarity between people, officials and the military must not be damaged.”
Ayatollah Khamenei said the Iranian state has endured firmly the slanderous demands of US obedience and will continue to resist with strength.
He stated that through military defeat, the enemy realized that Iran could not be forced into submission by war, so they are now pursuing the goal of undermining the country by creating division and divergence.
The leaders had mentioned the Israeli-US war of attacks against Iran, which began on June 13th. The war was stopped on June 25th due to Iran’s relentless retaliatory missile attacks on Israel, which overwhelmed the occupying regime’s defense system.
The leader pointed out that all Iranians, including intellectuals and media figures, need to protect the unity achieved in the wake of the war and especially support “hardworking and tireless president” Masuud Pezeshkian.
