Iranian Foreign Minister Seed Abba Aragut held a telephone conversation with Venezuela Foreign Minister Ivan Gill Pinto on Wednesday to discuss bilateral relations in the Caribbean and regional development.
During the call, Venezuelan Foreign Minister explained to Araguchi about the Caribbean situation after reinforcing US threats and illegal claims against Venezuela. He thanked Iran for his solidarity and support, and emphasized his country’s determination to protect independence and sovereignty in the face of US pressure.
Araguc denounced Washington’s unilateral and hostile actions, calling for accusations and unacceptable accusations against Venezuela’s basis and its threat.
Iran’s top diplomats emphasized solidarity with Venezuela in Iran’s Islamic Republic, and reiterated Tehran’s opposition to unilateral unilateralism, which he described as an increasing threat to global peace and stability.
