Mauduro reported that 8.2 million citizens have recently participated in the country’s “defense system.”
The US has deployed warships near Venezuela, and naval deployments target Venezuelan boats in the first step, known as drug trafficking. However, Maduro points out that the US step is part of a broader strategy to force a change of government through “the greatest military pressure.” He declared that Venezuela was “in weapons” if attacked, and warned that he would frag the situation as the “biggest threat” to the region of the first century.

Venezuela has announced the revitalization of its Joint Militia Units (UCMs) for the first time in 5,336 communities.
President Maduro has introduced a permanent registration system (SAP) through the national Patria platform.
Militiamen reportedly attending advanced training sessions, although details remain vague. Despite psychological warfare and foreign attacks, Maduro emphasized Venezuela’s “absolute capabilities” and maintained peace.
