Describing Israeli and the US attacks, and attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities, Mikhail Ulyanov called the attack “targeted and unprovoked aggression,” suffering a “devastating blow” across the non-enhancing regime, demonstrating his ability to carry out the IAEA protection system and organizational overall capabilities.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Russian envoys have strongly criticized the International Atomic Energy Agency, which has yet to gain position for US and Israel’s attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
Almost three months have passed since these attacks, he added, that the International Atomic Energy Agency has failed to take a clear, transparent and, most importantly, collective stance on the reckless actions of the US and Israel in this regard.
A senior Russian diplomat stressed that the aggression was a clear violation of international law, the UN Charter, IAEA law and the blow to the non-proliferation regime, where international security and the NPT are the main pillars.
