In a message commemorating the sacred defense week, Major General Musavi, the Iranian military chief of staff, emphasized that during the eight-year war between Iran and Iraq, the enemy failed to overcome Iranian military power, indigenous defensive capabilities, regional capabilities, and the critical proportional response of the Iranian army.
He said, “Iran is not merely passive. It transforms all threats into opportunities to demonstrate national, regional and international power.”
Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi further emphasized the importance of advancing cutting-edge defense technologies and increasing deterrent capabilities.
He emphasized the need to prepare for hybrid battles, particularly for cognitive strategies employed by the enemy.
To conclude his message, the Chief of Staff assured the proud and heroic Iranian people that, relying on strategic surprises and high levels of capabilities, the army of the Islamic Republic was ready to stand up to attackers from all over the world and attackers with unimagining reactions.
