As the chief said, the “dangerous attack” on September 9 took place in residential areas that housed schools and diplomats.
At the 80th UN General Assembly at the UN headquarters in New York on Tuesday, Sheikh Tamim said it was a political assassination that undermines diplomatic efforts aimed at ending ongoing genocide in Gaza.
“The reality is that they (Israel) negotiate with the delegation, planning to assassinate members of the negotiation team.”
“It’s extremely difficult to work with a mentality that has failed to respect even the most basic standards of diplomacy,” he said, adding that Israel believes it is merely a continuation of a war aimed at misleading Israel’s people.
Explaining the dire situation in Gaza, Sheikh Tamim said Israel’s purpose was to make the territory uninhabitable and prevent access to education and health services, Press TV reported.
“Their goal is to destroy Gaza so that it’s not difficult.”
Qatar’s leaders emphasized that Sheikh Tamim’s contradiction with Israel’s “a democratic country surrounded by enemies” and its actions towards its neighbors were massacred.
Sheikh Tamim said that while surrounding states engage in peace agreements, Israel aims to delegate those who resist the agenda by labeling either anti-Semitics or terrorists.
“The international community, including Israel’s allies, is beginning to recognize this story as a distortion of reality,” Sheikh Tamim said.
Furthermore, Sheikh Tamim calls for compliance with international rules and emphasizes that such principles are essential to maintaining world peace and human dignity.
