AEOI spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi spoke about the bystanders of the Atom Expo 2025 exhibition at the Russian World Atom Week (WAW) held in Moscow.
“The trip was multi-purpose. Not only did I attend this important international summit, it included Eslami’s speech detailing the country’s policies, and it also included pursuing relations with Russia in various areas of nuclear cooperation,” the nuclear spokesman said.
He welcomed the cooperation of Russians with Iran in building the Bucher power plant in the south of the country, saying the factory fully meets international standards.
“It includes a total of four units with a capacity of nearly 5,000 megawatts to the south of the country, in the sector of power plants where negotiations and agreements were made, particularly in the area of buildings larger than Buchere, with a capacity of 1,200 megawatts,” Kamalbandi said during a talks held in Russia by the Iranian nuclear delegation.
