According to official data from the Russian Ministry of Emergency (EMERCOM), the fire signal was received at 6:28am local time. The official cause of the fire has not yet been announced. Information has been revealed regarding the extent of the damage and the potential victim.
At the same time, the Yaroslab area governor said the incident had nothing to do with the drone attack and was “technical nature.”
