Tehran, October 5th (MNA) – The opening ceremony of the 22nd International Ceremony and Traditional Theatre Festival took place on Saturday at Etehadi’s house in Tehran.
Chaired by Siavash Sattari, the 22nd International Ritual and Traditional Theatre Festival takes place in three sections: Educational Research, Outdoor and Stage Performance.
The education course will be concluded on September 15th, with the festival’s seminars and sessions running until October 3rd, with non-competitive performances continuing from October 4th to October 4th, documenting the closure of culturally significant events, according to the Tehran Times.
The 22nd International Ritual and Traditional Theatre Festival is an important cultural event specializing in celebrating and preserving the rich heritage of Iran’s indigenous performing arts.
