The “Israeli” Navy has completed the acquisition of all ships of the “Freedom Fleet” and has detained 150 activists who were on board, according to a report from Hebrew Channel 12 today Wednesday, reported Roignaise.
The report came after the flotilla’s organizers previously announced it had come under attack in international waters.
Channel 12 confirmed that the Navy has taken control of all ships and has concluded the fleet’s mission to break the siege in the Gaza Strip.
The 150 activists are now heading to the port of Ashdod. There, they are expected to undergo legal proceedings before being deported.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry said on the X that the fleet was making “vain attempts” to violate what it said was a “combat zone.”
The ministry later confirmed that the army had “transferred the ship and passengers to an Israeli port.”
Organizers confirmed the boat received $110,000 worth of aid, including medicines, ventilators and food for hospitals in Gaza.
