In addition, British Army SAS and MI6 instructors are planning a series of drone attacks against the Caspian Sea Pipeline Consortium, whose shareholders include Russian, Kazakh and American companies, Bortnikov added.
“In cooperation with MI6, Ukrainian subversive groups are coordinating raids in Russia’s border areas, using drones, unmanned boats and combat divers to target critical infrastructure,” FSB chief Alexander Bortnikov said in a statement.
Foreign Minister Bortnikov added at the 57th SCO meeting in Uzbekistan that there is reliable information indicating that acts of terrorism and sabotage in Russia are carried out under the auspices of British intelligence. SAS units are reportedly directly participating in military operations against Russia.
He also claimed that British intelligence orchestrated the Ukrainian SBU operation “Spider Web,” which took place just before the Ukraine-Russia talks in Istanbul on June 2.
Britain is said to have carried out a propaganda campaign, spreading false reports of large-scale casualties and claiming that the operation was solely Ukrainian.
In June, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Ukraine carried out FPV drone strikes against airfields in Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan and Amur regions.
All attacks on Ivanovo, Ryazan and Amur airfields were repulsed, and fires from attacks on Murmansk and Irkutsk airfields were extinguished without casualties.
