At least 10 industrial, technology and business parks will be created in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Circle by 2030 to support small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Far East and Arctic mortgage program will also be extended to households with a third or more child born after January 1, 2024, employees of public educational institutions, and buyers of secondary homes in cities where new apartments are not being built.
The government and central bank are expected to submit a proposal by July 15, 2026, for the creation of a Far Eastern financial center based on the Eastern Exchange.
