Speaking on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities in Tehran on Tuesday, Pezeshkian said: “The enemy must know that it cannot overwhelm the determined, resilient and solid Iranian state or use military war and military equipment to impose excessive demands on it.”
Turning to the 12-day war that Israel has imposed on Iran, President Pezeshkian said, “The Zionist regime and the United States attacked the country with the same false idea that they could bring people to the streets against the Islamic regime, but the resolute Iranian people once again supported the country and the regime and thwarted the malicious plots orchestrated by the enemies of the country.”
Mr. Pezeshkian stressed that if government officials cooperate with the country’s noble people, great progress can be made in solving the problems facing the country.
He added that his administration vowed to make maximum efforts to resolve the problems facing the country.
