The Asian Boxing Federation’s previous project “Best of the Asians” will be resumed and the winning boxers and officials will be announced after the selection process.
The Asian Boxing Federation hosted a championship for men and women and all age groups (elite, U22, youth, junior, schoolboys, and schoolgirls) in 2024. The tournament was held in Astana (Kazakhstan), Al Ain (United Arab Emirates) and Chiang Mai (Thailand) and was a great success. Based on the results of the Asian Boxing Championship, the winners of all categories were decided today.
The first Best of the Asian award for the 2012 winner was presented during the 2013 ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships held in Subic Bay, Philippines. Since then, from 2012 to 2018, the Asian Boxing Federation’s “Best of the Asians” project was a success. After a six-year hiatus, the management of the Asian Boxing Federation has decided to restart the project, which celebrates Asia’s best in 17 categories.
