In a statement on Saturday, Abbas Araguchi highlighted the Ministry’s dedication to fulfilling its duties based on three principles: dignity, wisdom and convenience.
He reaffirmed that he would use all available resources to strengthen Iran’s international position through active and effective diplomacy.
In his remarks on Friday, the leader highlighted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ extensive diplomatic efforts in negotiating and signing with all countries around the world.
“Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the busiest foreign ministries (in the world),” pointed out Ayatollah Khamenei. “Well, that’s what it does. They negotiate, travel, talk, and sign contracts with countries around the world (east, west, all kinds).”
Araguchi said that the leader’s wise remarks serve as guidance for all officials, especially in the diplomatic device.
He expressed pride in the leader’s approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ efforts, saying, “This recognition is a source of pride for me and my colleagues, and we are immeasurable in advancing the country’s foreign policy goals.” It’s both a reminder of responsibility.”
Araghchi reiterated that Iranian diplomacy continues to promote involvement and dialogue, protect national interests, strengthen security and increase the country’s impact at the global stage.
