Tehran – Israeli forces have strengthened attacks on the occupied West Bank, resulting in the deaths of more civilians, including a 23-year-old pregnant woman.
Among the latest deaths in the ongoing invasion were two Palestinian women, one of whom was eight months pregnant.
Israeli forces invaded the Nurshamz refugee camp on the outskirts of Tarkarem on the northwest bank.
Nur Shams has become the latest target for the Israeli military.
This offensive military campaign has spread to several nearby camps, promoting tensions and contributing to continued instability in the region.
The recent attacks on Nurshams reflect on the ongoing Israeli military strategy in the West Bank, where frequent attacks led to serious civilian casualties, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the pregnant woman was killed in the attack and her husband was left in danger.
The province declared that the mother died when she arrived at a local hospital. “The medical team was unable to save the baby’s life as (the Israeli) occupation prevented the injured from moving to hospitals,” he added.
The Ministry of Health later reported that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) had killed a second woman in another attack in Nur Shams.
Reports show that a 21-year-old woman was killed and her father was injured when Israeli forces opened the doors of her family’s home using explosives.
The province later announced that the third Palestinian in the same camp was killed “after being shot by Israeli forces.”
The IOF also launched a drastic arrest campaign targeting a young man at the Nur Shams camp, firing fire on his family trying to escape. Meanwhile, the occupying bulldozers continued to destroy camp infrastructure, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.
This happens when the forced displacement of the Palestinian IOF continues amid an increase in international silence.
More than 30,000 people, particularly in the city of Jenin, north of Flashpoint, have been expelled from their homes as a result of the latest military attacks.
“The (Israel) occupation completely destroyed the Jenin refugee camp, forcibly evicted more than 20,000 residents, leaving behind homes, documents and personal belongings.”
At least 10,500 Palestinians have been forced to banish from the Talcarem refugee camp, as confirmed by the city’s governor.
The Israeli attack spread to the Alfara camp south of Tuba on the northeastern and west coast, with two major explosions heard during the ongoing Israeli raid.
This escalation has increased further destruction and fear among camp residents, and has added to the already tense situation in the area.
The IOF evacuated the families, but Israeli aircraft flew wide over the camp, reinforcing the Palestinian sense of fear and uncertainty.
In Nablus on the West Bank of Northern, the IOF raided several towns while Israeli aircraft patrolled the sky.
Settlers blocked the main street south of Nablus and performed provocative dances under the protection of Israeli soldiers, further increasing tensions in the area.
Palestinian resistance forces continued their operations in response to Israeli attacks, targeting the IOF with gunfire and explosives, and the victims were confirmed.
Palestinian resistance ambushed a patrol of the feet of ten soldiers trying to place themselves in the homes of the Nur Shams camp.
Resistance locked the patrols in the field of fire and targeted them with direct gunfire from close range, causing confirmed injuries. Resistance forces also involved the reinforcement forces, attacking them with accurate gunfires.
Israeli attacks on the West Bank have been heavily intensified since the outbreak of the US-backed war of genocide in the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reports that at least 70 Palestinians have been killed in an Israeli fire on the West Bank so far this year.
The surge in Israeli attacks followed the ceasefire in Gaza. This is because Israel failed to achieve its goals in Gaza through military means.
Experts say that the fatal campaign in the West Bank is partly an attempt to compensate for Israeli losses in Gaza, and strengthen military action claiming set-offs and losses to counter control They say there is.
Nearly 900 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces or by settlers in the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
