On Sunday morning, and when the Lebanese gathered at Kamille Chamon Sports City Stadium for funerals of Said Hassan Nasrara and Said Hasim Safidiyin, the president of his X-account made two resistance leaders a Lebanon He called him the “brave son” of the nation.
Written separately in Arabic and Persian, the president said Nasrara and Safiedin were “heroes who were loyal to their pledges and defended the dignity of the (Islamic) Ummah.”
I read the message “#we_stay_true_to_our_pledge.”
Nasrara was the secretary-general of the Lebanese resistance movement in Hezbollah for 32 years before being assassinated on an Israeli strike in Dahiye, a southern suburb of Beirut on September 27th last year.
Safieddine was on behalf of Nasrallah and was appointed as Hezbollah’s new secretary general following the assassination of Nasrallah. He was also assassinated in an Israeli airstrike held in Dahie on October 3rd.
Representatives from the highest class of Iranian government and private citizens headed to Lebanon later today to attend the funerals of Nasrara and Safidine.
